Weekend With The Grandkids............

Well, our time is getting short before we head back to New York, collect our wheelhouse, and continue our travels.  We leave the Great Northwest on the 8th, and we have reservations at an RV park near Niagara Falls.

We spent last weekend up in the Seattle area, Port Orchards, with our kids and Grand kids.  Our granddaughter is a member of the Synergy Dance Team, and they performed at the Kitsap County Fair.

After the Dance Routine was over, Britton was hungry and she wanted "PIZZA"

Now that our tummy was full, it was time to go enjoy the fair.

 Britton wanted to have her own bumper car, but she couldn't reach the "GO" peddle with her foot, so she decided to be the passenger with her brother Trevor.  Looks like they were having fun.

Our Son-In-Law tried to reach the top of the climbing wall, to retrieve the $100 bill, but lost his grip....

BUMMER

Our Grandson enter his dog pencil drawing in the amateur kids contest and won a 2nd Place Ribbon.

Way to go Trevor...!!!

  

After a Fun Filled day at the fair, we headed out for an evening Pig Roast at some friends house.

The Pig was cooked to perfection, and we did not leave hungry.

And Grandpa terrorized the Grand kids.

Andrea will kill me for posting this, but that will teach her to stick her tongue out at her dad.

Still at Home Enjoying Summer.........

Hi Ya'll,

Well, we are still enjoying our time back home, in Portland, for the summer.  It has been "GREAT" seeing our friends, hanging out with family and playing with the Grandkids.

We went rafting for 5 days with Kevin and Nina (Steve's son and girlfriend), and friends, down the Santiam river.  We had beautiful weather, a nice campsite, and the river was awesome.  Even tent camping wasn't as bad as we had expected.  The young adults treated us old folks like kings, and we can't wait to go on another trip. (Hopefully we will be invited again)

We will be flying back to New York, where we left our wheelhouse, on September 8th.  We plan to visit Niagara Falls on the U.S. side, and the Canadian side, and then work our way East to Maine.  After eating some Maine Lobster, we plan to tour the New England states, see all the fall colors, and spend winter down south somewhere warm.

Come back and take another look at us in a month.  Hopefully we will be back on the road again.
